Digital content is delivered:

• immediately after purchase

• or via e-mail / member area access

Once access is provided, the digital content is considered delivered.

8.1 Digital products (courses, breakdowns, drills)

You may request a refund within 14 days, ONLY if:

• you have consumed less than 15% of the course content,

• and you send a request to support@primeguitar.net,

• and you agreed (via checkbox) to immediate access to digital content.

If more than 15% of the material was accessed → refund is not possible.

8.2 Mentoring programs

• First session = free intro lesson

• After purchase → no refunds (because time slots are reserved individually)

8.3 External platforms

Refunds for tablatures must be handled directly with:

• paidtabs.com

• mymusic5.com

• kokomu.jp and others.

You may not:

• use the Website for unlawful purposes

• attempt to hack, bypass security or disrupt our systems

• share malicious software

• violate intellectual property laws

• copy or scrape content

• harass or abuse support staff

• share your login with others

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

Our educational content is for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee:

• specific skill improvements

• passing exams or auditions

• commercial success

• compatibility with your equipment

Results depend on your practice and effort.

We are not responsible for:

• data loss

• interruptions in service

• actions of external platforms

• failures caused by third-party services (payment processors, hosting, etc.)

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
