This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for digital products and services purchased directly through https://primeguitar.net (“the Website”).
Refund terms vary depending on whether the purchase was made on our Website or on third-party licensed platforms.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies only to:
online courses
digital educational products
speed-drill packs
song breakdown lessons
backing tracks
tone presets
one-to-one mentoring programs (after the free intro session)
purchased directly on primeguitar.net.
Purchases made on external licensed platforms (PaidTabs, MyMusic5, Kokomu) are not covered by this Policy.
2. Digital Products Purchased on Our Website
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.
For this reason, consumer withdrawal rights may be limited after accessing the content.
However, Prime Guitar provides a voluntary satisfaction guarantee under the conditions below.
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase IF ALL of the following are true:
You have accessed less than 15% of the course or digital product content.
You contact us at support@primeguitar.net within the 14-day period.
At checkout you consented (via checkbox) to immediate access to digital content and acknowledged that withdrawal rights may be limited.
2.2 Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds cannot be issued if:
more than 15% of course content has been accessed
the download has been fully consumed
the student has watched a significant portion of the lessons
14 days have passed since the purchase
the customer simply “changed their mind” after substantial usage
the customer purchased incorrectly and already accessed the content

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.
3. One-to-One Mentoring Programs
Prime Guitar mentoring programs include:
a free introductory session (case review call)
after the free session, the student may decide whether to purchase the mentoring program
3.1 Refunds for Mentoring Programs
After the paid program has begun:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
Reason:
Mentoring requires reserving calendar time slots, preparation, personalized planning and one-to-one work.
3.2 Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed sessions without notice are considered completed.
4. Purchases on Licensed Third-Party Platforms
All tablature products (PDF, Guitar Pro) are sold exclusively via:
Refund requests for such purchases must be directed to those platforms.
We do not process refunds, cancellations or payment adjustments for external purchases.
5. Exceptions
We may issue a refund if:
you purchased the same product twice by accident
you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error
the product was never delivered due to a system failure
These cases are reviewed individually.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:
permanent suspension of account access
revocation of product licenses
reporting to payment providers
legal action for fraudulent disputes
